Anyone good at substitution that could do these two problems for me?
1.) y-x=0 and 2x-5y=9
Lets take the first equation (since it is the easiest to use for the substitution process) and set y equal to x by adding x to both sides.
Then we will substitute this into the second equation like this...
Combine like terms...
Divide both sides by -3...
^^^ That's the answer!
2.) y-5=2x and y-3x=-1
Again let's use the first equation and set I equal to y by adding 5 to both sides...
Now let's substitute this into the second equation...
Now lets put the terms in order and then combine like terms...
Now, let's subtract 5 to both sides...
Then divide both sides by -1...
^^^ That's the answer for #2!
Hope that helped! :-)
PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE PLEASE HELP I HAVE 15 MI NUTES
The answer is A, guess I am a bit late to tell you that though. let me explain why the answer is A. A is the only point that would not be in the blue section. All the other points listed would be in the blue section. If you would like further explanation just ask :)

Only problem 6a. Can someone demonstrate how to do this so I can do the rest solo?
as far as I can tell, is simply asking to write two more expressions, that are equivalent to the provided one, namely, grab the provided one and expand it, if you simplify the expanded version, you'd end up with the provided, for example
so let's do 6a1, 6a3 and 6a5.
